Mediation will make you free from stress. Always give importance to your health than your work. If you are healthy then only you can work well. Massages can also give you relaxation. There are some breathing exercises than can give you immediate relief. This kind of simple exercise can be practiced while you are working at your office itself. If you are extremely stressed out then you can close your eyes for some time and relax. You should not be obsessed with your work. Always give preference to your health.
